At Y-OUTFITS, every order is made to order or carefully prepared to ensure premium quality and finishing before it ships. Please read below for full details on our shipping process.
Processing Time
Each order requires 2–3 weeks for production and preparation before it is dispatched. This allows us to ensure every jacket meets our quality standards before it leaves our facility. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe & UK: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Total time from order to delivery is generally 3–6 weeks, depending on your location and the processing time above.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your country may apply customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Y-OUTFITS is not able to predict or cover these fees.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the timelines above, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, customs processing, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at customer_support@y-outfits.com and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
